Sunsets- Watch one of the most spectacular sunsets in the world: The skies and waters here are so clear and pristine that any sunset is a memorable one. Swing back in your hammock or sit out on the beach and enjoy the show.

Mola- Find a Kuna women making one of her famous molas and ask if you can try your hand at it. This age-old practice and world-renowned art is so delicate that one mola can take up to a week to complete. You may not want to sit in on one from start to finish, but the effort is what counts.

Kuna’s and Football- Despite their small stature and innocent appearance, the Kuna Indians are incredibly good at sports, primarily volleyball and soccer. Challenge a few of the Kunas to a match and see if you can dethrone them as champions of Comarca Kuna Yala.
