Walking Photo Tour of Pedasi, Panama
Pedasi, located in the Azuero Peninsula is a quaint town steadily becoming a tourist destination. Well, kind of. The beauty of this town is that it has a typical charm not found in other parts of the country. Multiple blogs have been written about it. see: Why I Dig Pedasi, Panama Panama for our resident blogger halloranc’s reasons he enjoys this “sleepy little fishing town.” We were also graced with a second article about Pedasi, written by our very own PannaMatt whose witty compliments to the town are found in his blog Pedasi Used to Suck; such an eloquent title, Matt.
So today, while in Pedasi Panama I thought i’d seize the opportunity to take a stroll around with my camera and do a little walking photo tour, so that those unfamiliar with the area might become more well aquainted and want to pay a visit. One final thought, my personal favorite things about this town at present include: how welcoming the locals are, walking around town at 9 pm in silence, virtually empty beaches, delicious food at Yeli and Gringo Joe’s, the amount of adorable babies and tods running around.
This photo tour is arranged in order of entering town- as geographically acurate as possible.
Entering Pedasi:
Police Station
Next stop, a branch of Panama’s Banco Nacional

Followed by a big Welcome to Pedasi sign,
from former female President Mireya Moscoso
