Jeff Corwin in Panama, Hope for the Golden Frog

Jeff Corwin Visits Panama in Search of the Golden Frog
Jeff Corwin, of Animal Planet’s, “The Jeff Corwin Experience” has been in Panama before. In 2005 he filmed an episode of the show here that the channel called, “Panama: Bridge between the Americas.” Now, three years later, Jeff has returned in search of the disappearing Golden Frog.
La Prensa Panama reports that in the last three years only eight of the frogs were found in the Coclé region of Panama. However, yesterday Corwin and his team found fifteen; a hopeful discovery for the species.

I love Jeff Corwin
I have seen the golden frog a few times in Anton,
a small town in the outkirts of Panama City.
I don’t recommend anyone to try to touch this
type of frog, it’s part of the fauna that is been
protected by ecological/conservational societies
in Panama. I hope Jeff Corwin had a blast and
learned a lot about my country.
