I was told while at the beach that the tides have changed as of today and the first Mahi Mahi filled Panga came to the shores of Pedasi!  Fishing here normally brings Pargo Rojo year round or Red Snapper, but now the time has come for Tuna, Rooster Fish, Wahoo, Snook and Mahi Mahi.  We’ll be eating well and grilling out often or grilling under the roof once it begins to rain.

If you’re in Pedasi and looking for good eats, on Saturday nights chef Andres Morataya grills out at Casita Margarita, located on Main Street.  He also makes private dinners by request either at the location of your preference or at the Casita.
