The Latitude 10 resort in Santa Teresa is one of the most luxurious and secluded resorts in the country. Just past town on a natural road, the gate to the hotel is not marked. Upon arrival, you will be lead down a winding jungle path to the reception area/ open-air restaurant for check-in. With only 6 bungalows, privacy is a top priority. The two Master Suites have Venetian folding doors on 2 of the four walls so guests can be completely exposed to the beautiful environment while enjoying the views from their sitting area or king sized bed. The open-air bathrooms are surrounded by dense jungle, providing privacy and really make you feel at one with nature as you bathe beneath the sun, rain or stars under the giant shower head that emulates a tropical downpour.
The Hotel Blue Surf Sanctuary is for those who like to surf in luxury! The four exquisite bungalows are designed and furnished with taste and elegance, each in their own particular style. Their private and relaxing atmosphere will simply enchant you. Hand carved wood, soothing candles and the best in bedding all add up to make your stay at the Blue Surf Sanctuary as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A private veranda at the entrance of each bungalow is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cocktail at the end of a long surfing day. Hammocks are also hanging in the shade underneath the bungalows and are perfect for chilling out on a hot sunny and lazy afternoon.

The rooms are cheerfully set up and fully equipped with air conditioning, and they are designed to fit up to 4 people. They also include a ceiling fan and a safety box. There is free Internet access all over the property. One bungalow is specially designed to accommodate up to five people with one extra single bed. Each bathroom includes a stone hand-carved sink and gorgeous mosaic tiles. There is a communal kitchen that is available for the guests in the rancho, complete with cooking facilities and a fridge.

The pool, with its beautiful setting and design, is surrounded with long chairs where you can relax in this relaxing setting while admiring the wild birds flying by. There is a surfing school close by for those who want to perfect their skills, and various tours are available in town, whether local or further away, like a trip to Montezuma, for example. Scuba diving, horseback riding, boat trips are also available. Rates of $125 are based on two person occupancy with each additional guest paying an extra charge of $10, with a maximum of 5 guests per bungalow.

Prices vary according to season, from $80 to $125 for a single, $40 to $62.50 for a double, $31.67 to $46.67 triple and $27.50 to 38.75 for a quadruple. Children up to 9 years pay $7.00 with a maximum of two per accommodation.

The two bedroom villa rates are as follows: $125.00 to $175.00 single, $62,50 to $87.50 for a double, $41.67 to $58.33 triple and $31.25 to $43.75 for quadruple. Children up to 9 years pay $7.00 with a maximum of two per accommodation.

The area also has many activities to choose from, such as scuba diving, boat trips, horseback riding, etc. There is an excellent golf course nearby, and it goes without saying that surfing is on!
