Santa Ana Hotels

A quick 15 minute ride from the airport and a wide range of new international business centers makes Santa Ana an ideal location for new up-and-coming hotel chains to make their debut in Costa Rica. The majority of the worth while establishments here are 4 or 5 star, and cater to an international public. However, as with the rest of Costa Rica, you will still find your small bed and breakfast or mom and pop owned lodging options that might even get you a seat at the family dinner table. The options here are safer and have a more refreshing climate that those in the center of San Jose. Do be prepared to take a taxi or rental car wherever you go however, as most hotels position themselves on the hillside for great views, and a longer than average walking distance from most other destinations.
