Types of Rooms and how many of each? 4 Honeymooners Bungalows, 7 Standard Bungalows, 2 little Bungalows & 2 rental houses Layout of Beds? 2 Queen beds on Standard, 1 King Bed on Honeymooners Bungalows

Hair dryers/bathtubs/A/C and other amenities in rooms? All the rooms have Hair dryers, fans & Coffee Maker; the honeymooners bungalows have a mini-fridge

General location 5 minute drive to downtown Puerto Viejo; just in front of the beach need to cross main road only it’s like a 5 minutes walk.

Hotel Services and Facilities What services do you offer to guests? They can arrange different kind of tours

What facilities are available to guests? Pool (wet-bar under construction); if clients want they can leave stuff at the restaurant fridge.

Restaurant Where is your restaurant chef from (training, etc.)? Italian on evenings, graduated from INA

What meals do you serve (do they have breakfast. lunch and dinner menus) and general prices? Breakfast is a small buffet – No lunch Menu is available – Dinner Menu is mainly Italian food

Restaurant schedule and dress code? 8am – 10am breakfast | 6pm – 10pm lunch | No dress code

Is breakfast included in the room price? Yes it is, and it’s serve from 8am – 10am

Other important info What is your policy on kids? Under 6 years don’t pay at all (max 2 per room) ; over 12 pay as an adult.

General Comments on Hotel: Owned & run by Italians it’s a very comfy hotel, all the people that work there are extremely nice and very helpful. They said that if anybody else from the office is interested in visit them they can arrange a new CPL for us, or even if you are in the area and no place to stay they can offer us a good discount. If any client is going to the Puerto Viejo area I would totally recommend this hotel.
