General Comments on Hotel:
Cala Luna is as nice in quality as Capitan Suizo and El Jardin, but it has nothing special like the other two. Capitan Suizo has gorgeous little bungalows and it is right on the beach, El Jardin has different styled rooms (African, tunisian, Japanese, and Indonesian) with amazing ocean views from the deluxe rooms. Cala Luna has no ocean views anywhere, and is about a 3 minute walk from the beach through a little path just like El Jardin. It's nice because it is out of the way (all the way at the end of Tamarindo near Sueno del Mar) and the beach is very quiet, but compared to the other two, I would say they have more to offer. Just a thought, b/c I always here Cala Luna spoken of in high regard, and I really don't see any difference between it and the others- actually I think the others have more to give.
It is good for bigger families though as it has the villas that can fit up to 5 or 7 people.
