Types of Rooms and how many of each? 10 Chalets, 29 Junior Suites,4 Familiar, 7 Deluxe,

Layout of Beds? Chalets: 2 queens or 1 queen & 1 king all with sofa bed, juniorsuites have 2 queens and sofa bed, Familiar have room up to 5 or 6 ppl, 2 queens and sofa, Deluxe rooms have 2 queens or a single and a queen.

Hair dryers/bathtubs/A/C and other amenities in rooms? Fans, AC in some rooms, shower/bathtub, wireless internet in room free, iron, courtesy beer, water and soda on first day, coffee maker, and microwave, cable tv, Safe for $3 per day in room, phone

General location (close to beach, in town or far away from town, ect.)? 25 minutes from La Fortuna right after passing the Arenal Lake, right after Lost Iguana.

Wireless internet, 2 computers with internet(very slow), 2 jacuzzis, infinity pool, butterfly gardens, long jungle tour, boars and deers in mini zoo, pool table, fooz-ball, video game room, new gym, bicycles for free, parking lot, gardens with parrots,sauna, chess, backgammon., outdoor playground for children

Restaurant: Restaurant Arenal Lodge Where is your restaurant chef from (training, etc.) He is Nicauraguan and studied at INA, no formal chef degree, breakfast was really good.

What meals do you serve (do they have breakfast. lunch and dinner menus) and general prices? International/Tico food, little overpriced, bar and restaurant open from 6am to 10 pm

Restaurant schedule and dress code (if applicable)? Casual, 6am to 10pm open all day

Is breakfast included in the room price? Breakfast buffet is included

Other important info What is your policy on kids? Kids of all ages are welcome Can provide cribs for babies, and find a babysitter if neccessary

Who are the contact people (Reservations, Manager, Marketing)?

What aspect sets you apart from other hotels? Leading in eco tourism. Great ambiance, music, food, and nature. Bradd the owner is highly involved in conservation activities and in the community, which is apparent in the hotel. They’re trying to get recognized as a hotel in Sustainable Tourism.

General Comments on Hotel:

A STEAL!! Beautiful grounds, sooo many activities for adults and especially for children!!! For budget travelers, Arenal Lodge is a perfect option. With all the amentities and the great breakfast, it seems a great value. The rooms are comfortable, and filled with amentities but basic. The only problem is that it is 25 minutes from La Fortuna. Even the driveway takes 10 minutes to get down, so rental cars are ideal. The restaurant was a little pricey compared to that of other hotels in the area.

Beautiful views of the volcano and lake! Definetely use the chalets more than anything else. They have a spectacular view.
