6 rooms, 4 plus the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath  suite, 4 rooms around pool, total capacity is 12 pax

Layout of Beds? All rooms are the same, 3 rooms have kings, 2 have queens, the king splits into twins Hair dryers/bathtubs/A/C and other amenities in rooms? No bathtubs, outside showers, AC, 2 bedroom suite has 1 of 2 tvs on property, fridge, safe, high speed internet, long distance calling free, all normal room amenities General location (close to beach, in town or far away from town, ect.)? 25 - 30 minutes from tamarindo by car, located in forest, can see ocean (far away).

Hotel Services and Facilities What services do you offer to guests? Spa, 2 English speaking drivers, all staff is Tico (24 staffers), set up tours etc What facilities are available to guests? Spa 6 days a week, gym, yoga, gorgeous pool

Restaurant: Where is your restaurant chef from (training, etc.)? Chef 6 days a week, trained in Tamarindo, and avid learner, though everyone can do everyone’s jobs there. What meals do you serve (do they have breakfast. lunch and dinner menus) and general prices? Breakfast and lunch, sometimes dinner (Tuesday and Saturdays) Restaurant schedule and dress code (if applicable)? 7:30-9am breakfast, around 1pm lunch.

What aspect sets you apart from other hotels? Service

General Comments on Hotel: Amazing, 4-5 star service, amazing spa. Very personal service, very quiet and relaxing, great food, very romantic, and the little touches make this hotel great. The hotel is far away from the water, as in you can see the horizon where the beach is but it is still accessible by their drivers. The owners are very very nice and the staff is well trained and happy. It feels like you are in the home of a friend relaxing. They are located on a 70acre lot that is covered with dry forest. Very isolated and calm w/ 24 hour security.

• They put wine in the rooms and handmade chocolates for a little extra touch, please don’t tell clients this.
• They also do a day spa service for non guests 2x a week for $395. All spa treatments are 100% pure ingredients
