Hotel Melia Cariari is now a Hilton
Staring January, the Melia Cariari hotel will become part of the Hilton chain hotels. The hotel will be administrated by Hilton under the “Doubletree” name. Hilton is also opening other new hotels in Central America, including a new Airport hotel in Liberia.
This would be the fifth hotel in Costa Rica that will become part of the Hilton chain. Hilton is currently managing the Fiesta Premiere in Papagayo, and the Fiesta Puntarenas. These two hotels will change names in December and the first one will be known as Hilton, while the second one will be known as Doubletree.
