Ever thought of life where everything delivers, from fast-food to groceries?  Well look no further than Costa Rica.  It has amazed me ever since I have arrived how many places deliver here especially since there are no street signs or proper addresses. 

There are the times when all you want is a big, juicy burger from Burger King and can not be bothered to drive, walk, or take a taxi there.  This is when the delivery service comes in handy.  To my knowledge, Burger King, Subway, all pizza places (Papa Johns, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc), to name a few deliver.  This is way different than the states, well not for the pizza places at least.  It astonishes me how convenient this service is.  Because it is not offered back home I never really thought of it but it is a great service. 

It makes complete sense for this country well at least in San Jose.  There are quite a few people that do not have cars and it is easier for them to order food than take a taxi to and from the restaurant. It is also more convenient for lunch breaks as I do not know if the rules for working hours are the same as the states and I assume they aren’t. There are pros and cons to this service; convenience, health, price, etc, but for this city it is a great thing to have, well at least in my opinion.
