Through the years we have had many different writers add and update the guide. Matt, Liz, Nathan, and Inna have gone through much sacrifice to bring this to you today: they have traveled every corner of Costa Rica, stayed at beaches, rainforests and volcanoes. They have tasted every fruit, climbed all the big trees, and even jumped from a waterfall or two.

A natural progression of this guide was it’s publishing on the web. Using the brilliant Opensource CMS: MediaWiki, we have transformed the PDF that saw many a press, to a dynamic and collaborative guide.
