Ocotal Villa Lapa (Octal Villas, great views)
I just visited the Villa Lapa, this is an all inclusive private house in the Octal Villas owned by Steve Poston. To give you a quick overview, this property was nice but at the same time it was probably my least favorite of all of Steve’s houses.
The interior decorating was extremely nice and suited my tastes fine, nothing tacky; however in my opinion the house itself seemed seemed really cramped. There is one TV in a small room on the second floor, but that room has a sweet view of the Pacific so it didn’t make much sense to me to have the TV there and not on the first floor.
The big thing was that the house has a big outdoor terrace, but the pool is really small and pushed off in a corner. It isn’t really swimmable as it’s too small, it just seems like they didn’t make the most use of all the room they have back there.
The view is great!!! From all rooms in the house you have beautiful views, but for hanging out and lounging at an all-inclusive house for a week I would probably pick the other houses first.
