The small rasta town on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast is about to change forever.  US and Costa Rican investors recently announced their plans to build a $40 million 389-slip marina.  This comes weeks after the announcement of new ports in Limon and Moin, both on the Caribbean coast.

Yesterday President Oscar Arias and members of the PAC, met for the first time since the TLC was passed.  The PAC was heavily opposed to the treaty but was willing to meet with the President to discuss the future of Costa Rica.

Jenny Torres married her cyberspace love after only meeting once.  Although he is from Argentina and she lives here in Heredia, they have made it work, as they believe love conquers all.  Well, apparently it does not conquer the immigration rules set by the Costa Rican government even though they are married.
