Endangered Species
Costa Rica has so much to offer visitors as it is home to over 200 native species. Well, like many other countries in Latin America, the lack of infrastructure has brought pollution and problems for these species. Although the infrastructure is increasingly getting better, it still isn’t enough for many species. As of 2000 there are 14 species endangered in this country.Â
