Get Ready for Some More Rain
In know these are the words you love to hear, but there is yet another tropical storm on its way to Costa Rica. Officials from both the National Emergency Commission (CNE) and the National Meteorological Institute (IMN) reported yesterday that there is another storm brewing over the Lesser Antilles islands, which is near the Caribbean.
So what does this mean for Costa Rica? Heavy rains of course. The tropical depression could turn into a storm causing Costa Rica to experience a lot of rain similar to the rain we had earlier this week.
Another storm is also developing and heading towards the Gulf Coast of the United States, but is unlikely to travel this far south.
Both of these storms are being watched carefully to give the citizens ample time to prepare just in case anything were to develop.
In the past few weeks Costa Rica has seen some intense rain showers. They have caused flooding, road blocks, landslides, and have put many peoples live’s on hold.
