Costa Rica May Not Allow ¨Jesus Christ¨ to Visit

The next time Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda visits Costa Rica, he may be asked to leave immediately. This past weekend he was in the country for an appearance in Cartago. He is a man who bears the symbol 666 on his arm and on all of his clothing. He believes that he is Jesus Christ in the flesh. His followers believe that he is the reincarnation of God, the apostle Paul, an angel, and Jesus.

Costa Rica is the only Central American country to allow him entry and this soon might change. He has followers in over 35 nations, mostly Latin America, and has a 24 hour Spanish TV network and around 285 radio programs. His followers trust what he is doing so much that they are willing to give up their entire savings to fund his practice. To some he is quite the con man due to the fact that his salary is over 6 figures a year and he lives lavishly in Miami.

His controversy started when he made comments about the Catholic Church stating that it was evil and that all pictures of the pope should be burned. He also has promoted and organized several protests outside of the churches.

His home base is in Miami where he is ¨bridge for all nations.¨
