Costa Rica Hotels Rank in the Top 25
Recently the magazine Travel & Leisure unveiled its ¨2007 World’s Best Awards.¨ They sent out a questionnaire to their subscribers and asked them to rate hotels, cities, cruises, agencies, islands, business hotels, and more. Costa Rica had two hotels in the top 25 portion of the Central America, Mexico, and South American hotel category. The Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo came in at number 8 and the Lapa Rios in the Oso Peninsula ranked 11th.
The hotels were judged by the following qualities: rooms, facilities, location, service, restaurant, food, and value. Its no surprise that both of these Costa Rican hotels faired well in the process as they both offer impeccable service and are in amazing locations.
The Four Seasons is by far the most extravagant resort in Costa Rica. It is located on a slim isthmus lined with gold sand beaches. This first class hotel is the perfect place for a luxury vacation.
Lapa Rios is set in a private nature reserve that is spread over 1000 acres in Central America’s last remaining lowland tropical rainforest. The resort is set on a hill overlooking the point where the Pacific Ocean meets the Goflo Dulce. This resort is truly where nature meets luxury.
