The annual Boca Barranca Charity Surf Tournament will take place in Boca Barranca, Puntarenas this October 27 and 28 to benefit the young inhabitants of the Hogar Monserrat home for orphans. The International Soccer History and Statistics Federation released its updated world club ratings yesterday and Puntarenas still stands as the best Costa Rica soccer team.  Even though it fell from 106th to 139th it still remains in the top 150 worldwide.
