New Source Gives Access to Top Costa Rica Jobs

Jungle Jobs Website
Costa Rica Pages Launches New Jungle Jobs Website.

Searching for jobs in Costa Rica online can be quite a hassle because local companies don’t always have access to the same international websites that Internet users are accustomed to using. Costa Rica Pages’ launch of a new, free, easy-to-use job website aims to change that. This focused job search tool does not require excessive navigation and offers immediate assistance for both employers and job seekers.

The website, entitled “Jungle Jobs”, aims to connect Costa Rican employers with interested job applicants without catches or fees. Applicants can search by business name, job type, most recently posted, most applied to, as well as fill out an “ideal job” request, which specifies exactly what the applicant is looking for, and will notify them if any posted job meets their specifications.

The website designer, Richard Bexon, discovered the need for a local, well-trafficked site dedicated to connecting employers and job seekers after posting numerous job announcements on some of the top international job websites out there. Bexon found many of these sites to be too general, impersonal and at times irrelevant. When such sites required payment to post a job listing, he also noted that small companies, especially charities dedicated to volunteer work, were under represented.

With these critiques in mind, Costa Rica Pages’ Jungle Jobs was born and just several days after its official launch, the public has responded with nearly 40 jobs in its roster and even more applicants. Now that the site’s simple and engaging format has been established, an aggressive start-up marketing plan is already in place to make sure that this valuable tool continues down this path to becoming the go-to source for finding or posting jobs in Costa Rica.
