4. Property Showings

Once we have a basic understanding of what you are looking for, we will focus on showing you only those properties on the market that meet your requirements.

5. Property Research

We will investigate in the national registry any property that interests you to make sure that it has a clean title before further negotiations for the property begin.

6. Property Disclosure

We will review with you all inspection reports and other documents pertaining to the condition of the property that interests you and disclose all physical defects, risks, and foreseeable difficulties of the property that are known to us.

7. Negotiation Strategy

We will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you choose, including but not limited to presenting a written offer to purchase or sales purchase agreement with a competitive offering price to the Seller, allowing time for due diligence and financing terms that are acceptable

8. Closing the Sale

After presenting an offer to the Seller, our Closing Manager will monitor and inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions during the entire transaction.

9. After the Sale

We will contact you immediately after the closing to follow up on remaining details or services needed.
