Villa Buena Onda is a luxurious all inclusive experience that awaits you on Costa Rica's Golden Coast. The name, meaning "good vibe", can be felt in the gentle flowing waters of the 2-tier infinity pool and the warm ocean breezes that fill the home.

The home can sleep up to 23 people, and sits on 1.24 acres of landscaped property, making it perfect for weddings, business groups, families or those who desire luxury and privacy. Just one mile from “Coconut beach” and at the center of some of the country’s main tourist attractions, you will find endless opportunities for fun and relaxation.

ABOUT COCO BEACH:

Playa del Coco was a sleepy fishing village until a few years back, when luxury resorts like the Four Seasons came to nearby towns. Since then, it has become a meeting point between the surrounding resort spots and has grown into its own tourism destination. The Guanacaste Province boasts excellent weather, scenic landscapes and an International Airport.

A variety of tourism related businesses exist on both sides of Main Street, including surf shops, restaurants, scuba diving, sport fishing and gift shops. There’s even a small Casino in the center of town. The beach in downtown Coco provides beautiful views of several islands and a bay scattered with local fishing boats. Better swimming beaches are a short drive away, with some incredible islands with white sand beaches a quick boat ride off the coast. The Villa is about a 10 minute walk from downtown and the beach.

GUEST ROOMS:

In total we have seven guest rooms. Three are located on the first floor and four on the second floor, all en suite. All rooms enjoy ocean views, except Room 3, which looks out over the gardens. The two corner suites on the second floor have oversized bathrooms with ocean views and semi-open-air showers. Maximum occupancy is 23 guests.

THE POOL & SUNDECK:

The result was a gigantic infinity pool would be generous for most small hotels. An upper sitting pool with Jacuzzi jets which gently cascades into a lower, larger pool. A small ledge behind the waterfall provides a grotto sitting space where guests can let the water rush over them with an added sense of privacy.
The swim up bar is an excellent place to sip a tropical cocktail while enjoying the stunning ocean views. The same bar is also accessible from a dry sitting area with a rustic rancho roof that offers shade on a typical sunny Guanacaste day. Guests can enjoy sun, shade and a refreshing dip by the large terrace and sun deck, all while being attended to by our staff.

PERSONAL CHEF:

A full-time chef will provide all-inclusive fine dining, which includes three mouthwatering meals per day. Snacks will also be served while you enjoy leisurely afternoons in the multiple indoor and outdoor dining environments.

Each menu will be created according to your personal preferences. For the expert angler among you, any fresh catch can be grilled up by the chef at our outdoor BBQ area.

We also have two specialty theme nights planned for your stay that will feature Mexican and Costa Rican cuisine and authentic traditional entertainment by a local Mariachi band or other musicians.

BAR SERVICE:

A barman is on staff to serve up icy beverages at any of our diverse bar atmospheres. A sportsbar is located at the wing of the main living area with by a large flat screen television -- the perfect spot to catch the big game.

A service tunnel connects the sports bar to a poolside wet bar. Lounge in the pool while the barman mixes up a fresh tropical cocktail, or enjoy the shade and some good company at the adjacent dry bar. The kids can join in on the fun by sipping a mocktail or fresh juice.

Upstairs you will find a minibar in the movie room where you can serve yourself a beer, or ask the barman to mix up a house specialty while you lounge on the sunset terrace.

Our Concierge is on-site full time to ensure that there is never a dull moment during your stay. We can arrange any tour, transportation or excursion that you might desire. With our own full-service travel agency in San Jose, we are experts in planning any element of your Costa Rica vacation.

Ask about a relaxing boat ride to the nearby Playa Huevo and Paraiso (Paradise Beach), where you can enjoy white sands all to your self. Alternatively, you may ask him to reserve an early morning tee-time and transportation to the Playa Conchal golf course, or a relaxing treatment at a nearby spa.
